There is a power schedule that you can disable by using a web browser to log into your extender.

You can log into your router to see what the IP address is of the extender, then use the IP to log in: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1398/

You will find the power schedule by going to Settings > Advanced Settings > Power Schedule.
