Trying to sync the KC310 to my hub and it will not connect. Tried every available troubleshooting but no success. Camera will blink green quickly after clicking sync then starts to blink a slower red. My other camera connects without issue so it does not appear to be the hub causing the problem.
Are there any other actions I can take besides reconnecting the camera and all of the syncing options that are listed online? If not then it seems it's likely defective. It doesn't look like this camera is sold by itself so I would have to find another option if that's the case.
