Alexa and Kasa bulbs stopped recognizing each other

bulbs work from Kasa app, and Alexa shows some but not all, they did work until I added newly purchased bulbs and " upgraded" seems like Alexa doesn't recognize the new shortcut to power and color have deleted and reinstalled many times- please advise a working solution
