Model: HS103  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.14

Smart plugs will connect to my T Mobile M2000 and work locally but I can't enable remote control.   T Mobile says they are not blocking any website.   The M2000 says it's not blocking any.  
 

I can control the devices locally as long as I'm on the same WiFi but cannot control them remotely.   
 

suggestions?   I've been on support forever.

May I know can you see there is remote control option on your plug's “Device Settings” page?
