My KASA connection suddenly stopped working after being ok for a month after install of the router..  Now it does not show up on my WI-Fi network list.  How can I fix this?

Hi  @eltoms,

You are going to have to give me some more information regarding what devices have disconnected and what they are currently appearing as. 

 

Either way however, you can perform a soft reset of the smart plugs by holding the button for 5 seconds; this will reset the network settings without resetting the name and configuration. You can then reconnect using the Kasa app.

 

If this does not work, you can perform a factory reset by holding the button for the full 10 seconds. This will reset all the settings and will allow for a fresh install.
