My Smart plug schedules do not work if the Wi-fi is down

 

PS I have had to post this under bulbs as your web site would not allow me to use the smart plugs forum as its model number was not recognised!

  @Techiguy,

Make sure that you have set the correct time settings for your smart plugs, as the schedules should be stored on the plug's memory. If the time zone is incorrect for the smart plug, the schedule will not be able to complete. Otherwise, I would try to reset the smart plug to make sure that there are no settings interfering with the schedule.

 

Also, the KP105 is an EN style plug, and unfortunately, you found your way to the US forums, that's why the model wasn't listed.
