So I tried to reset the camera (via the reset button) to re-add it and it won't reset and now the offline camera isn't even in the app nor can I re-add it.
Can you provide some additional information for your case? such as what camera you are using, what phone you are using to connect to, and what wi-fi router you are using.
For most four cameras, holding the reset button on the camera for a full 10 seconds should allow the camera to be reset to factory default. Can you describe what happens when you try to reset the camera?
