I will need to know a few extra things to understand what actually changed on your network:
- Do you know if the modem or router were exchanged when you swapped providers?
- Do you have any other Kasa Devices that were able to reconnect to the network?
- Even if it is using the same network name, if the router changed I would recommend performing a soft reset and configuring the Wi-Fi settings from the Kasa App.
- Have you seen any unexpected behaviors from other devices on your network?
