So I had my HS105 smart plugs disconnected for a bit and recently reconnected them. They showed up and worked properly in smartthings and deco app, but Kasa app is empty. The problem is that they are still following the prior schedule. Outside of a factory reset, what can I do?

Hello! Thank you for the post. Please ensure your Kasa APP is updated. May I know what's the current APP version?

 

Check if you're using the same TP-Link account on the Deco and Kasa APP. 

 

Disable VPN on your phone if any. Try to force close the APP and re-open it.
