Not yet, these were only announced at CES and are still going through their testing phases. You can always find the most up to date list of Tapo devices being sold on Tapo.com and on tp-link.com

We should know more on a potential release in the near future, so make sure to keep an eye out for any news, as this is a new product line and should receive a large amount of attention.
