I'm looking for a 20 amp plug to use for a wall-mount air conditioner, so I can track it's power usage. The socket is 250 volt, 20 amp. Does Kasa sell a smart plug like this, or is there a compatible model elsewhere?

In general, you will only find plugs of that capacity for outdoor use. For Tapo and Kasa, our outdoor smart plugs all can only support a maximum of 15A. I would also recommend purchasing a plug that is above the needs of the device, as the rapid power fluctuations and spikes may still cause issues down the line.
For such high amperage devices, you would usually want to look towards other methods of measuring your home's energy - such as systems that monitor your circuits at your breaker.
