I'm trying to set up my HS100 with my Alexa.

During the setup, Kaza app required my iPhone to connect to the HS100 via WiFi; however, it required a password to connect to the HS100 smart plug.

What is the default WiFi password for the HS100?

Hey  @dxplorer11,

The setup networks are not password protected. Please make sure that you are selecting the correct network in your settings. If you still cannot get the device to connect, I would recommend performing a factory reset and trying again. A factory reset can be achieved by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

  @dxplorer11 same thing, requiring a password or a camera shot of the device on the box or documentation it does not exist

The plugs setup network does not have a password. The only time it should ask for a password is during setup when it asks for your home network name and password.
