Both the IPhone 14 Pro MAX and IPad Pro exhibit the same problem connecting to either a EC71 or KC400 cameras
Unable to join the network KASA_CAM_66F0.
Tried rebooting phone and IPad and used reset button on camera. No help.
Both flash orange-green as expected.
Was able to setup KASA Smart Wi-Fi Outdoor Plug and KASA Smart Wi-Fi Plug Mini. They joined properly.
Is there any other information provided about why it cannot connect, such as being insecure or not providing a network connection?
I would recommend making sure that you are close to the camera while you are setting the device up. I would recommend making sure that the network was not save in your phone settings by deleting the entry if it exists.
If you have an Android device, you may consider using this for the initial setup.
One thing, make sure that you have disabled VPNs or adblockers on your network as it may cause this behavior
