How do I tell when the camera is fully charged? And conversely, how do I know when it needs to be charged?

The Tapo C420 cameras show battery life in the app. there is also a battery life tab that shows how many days on the current charge & how many detected events since last charge. The battery's themselves have an indicator you can see when removed from camera.
