Smart Plug Showing Offline and Can’t Reset
My Smart Plug is greyed out in the app and showing as Offline. I performed a factory reset so that I could add the device again but the app wants me to scan the QR code which I no longer have. There is no QR code on the plug itself and I no longer have the box. Is there another way to add the device or get the plug back online?
