KL420 dead out of the box?
Has anyone ever had their light strip just not work out of the box? I put it up, plugged in, and pressed the button to turn it on - no flashing lights. Was able to connect to it and update firmware, but still no lights. Should I just return it?

Are you saying that the light strip doesn't turn on? If that's the case, It's weird that you were able to complete the setup...
Here are some tips for the no power issue.
- When connecting the light strip to the controller, make sure the arrows point at each other.
- Try to change to a different power outlet.
- Ensure the cables are tightly connected.
