We had to switch Wifi and now it just blinks and won't connect.

If you changes the SSID (network name) or password you will have to re-add the devices in the app. When you re-add them you will have the option to keep the existing settings (name, timers, data, etc...) or completely (factory) reset the plug.

Otrip- I have tried to re-add but it says unable to connect your smart plug wi-fi and it is connected to my phone.

Hey @CCC7,

Make sure that you are completing the setup immediately after replugging or performing a soft reset of the device.

 

I would also try to go to the list of previously connected networks on your phone and delete the setup network if it is in the list, this way your phone will connect "for the first time" during setup.

 

It is also possible that your phone is communicating over your cell connection since the plug cannot provide an internet connection - try disabling your cell connection during setup.
