I keep going over my data usage on my internet and I checked to see which devices were using the most data and the most data used was a HS 100 plug and its using 80-100 GB per month. Is that nomal? Why would use data?
I dont know where to find the hardware and firmware version and tried to update and it wont update the devise.
@BretL I'm running into something similar with the KP400. It was my first time using, and I was seeing something close to 600 MB in an 8 hour timespan. I was using https://hologram.io/, so that meant about $60 just to keep it connected.. Took me by surprise that a smart plug would eat up so much data. Hopefully just a software bug that gets resolved with an update. Either way, keeping it unplugged for now..
