Person detection sensitivity settings not saved
I keep trying to adjust the person detection down to 5 but it keeps reverting back to 8.

I would imagine that a behavior like this is caused by the Doorbell not 'taking' the updated setting in the app.
I would first try a few things after checking that your Kasa app is up to date:
- Try changing the setting with your phone on the same Wi-Fi network as the camera, then try changing the setting through your mobile connection.
- Close out of the Kasa App entirely and try again; you may even consider reinstalling the app.
- Try changing the setting on another tablet or phone to see if the behavior follows.

I have this same problem. Change the sensitivity of the person detection and it won't save.
I am using the app on the same wifi network as the doorbell.
App is up to date (uninstalled and reinstalled in fact) and firmware of the doorbell is up to date.
Tried doing it on two different phones and a tablet.
I contacted tech support and they said the doorbell was bad. Got a new doorbell and have the exact same issue.
This really needs to be resolved.

After struggling with this exact scenario, I finally was able to make it work.
I am using Android, lastest app.
Motion Detection is OFF
No matter what I do, I cannot change the sensitivity of Person Detection.
Then I did it.
Turn Motion Detection On
Then change the Person Detection sensitivity.
Go back to the Home screen, then verify the Person Detection sensitivy has changed.
Then go and turn off Motion Detection.
There is a bug in the app, where Person Detection sensitivity cannot be chnaged unless Motion Sensitivity is turned ON.
