Customer Service need
We purchased 10 of these Kasa outdoor cameras with the expectation that we could purchase a subscription to enable us to retrieve stored information. However, attempts to Subscribe just send us in circles. The KasaCare plans do not offer any way of selecting one or the other, and the Subscribe button just takes us back to the KasaCare plans page. We have tried using the app and also the website.
Plus we have found NO way to reach anyone for customer service. We tried emailing the only contact email we found, but no one has responded. Obviously, we are frustrated and hope we didn't waste our money.
Does anyone know any way to reach someone at Kasa or tp-link who can provide some customer service? Also, does anyone know how we are supposed to subscribe, in case we are missing something?
