I bought a four-pack of KP-125s (on the package, EP25 in the app when connected) and had no problem setting up two of them and they work fine in the Kasa app and got connected with Matter and work in the Google Home app.  A couple works later (and after the June Android update got installed), I tried setting up a third device form the four-pack -- massive failure.

The Matter setup (where the Home app recognizes the device) works SOME of the time and when it does I can control the device in the Home app, but after a zillion tries I can't get the device to work in the Kasa app.  It goes through the whole setup process seeminly successfully and shows up as a new device, BUT the lights still blink blue/orange as if it had not been configured (and of course, though the app says it's there, it can't be controlled via the app).  (When the device connects successfully via the Home app, the light stops blinking blue/orange.)

If it matters, the WiFi network all this is on is a Nest WiFi Pro mesh (and I've tried restarting the network, too).

Any advice on what to do about this?  I've tried multiple factory resets, I've tried adding it in the Home app (as a Matter device) first, and not adding it via Matter at all, nothing seems to make a difference -- the device show up in the Kasa app but isn't really there.
