I have 2 outdoor camera.  Both worked fine for several months. Then both stopped detecting movemt and stopped recording. I could see live feed but history recording

  When I tried to pull up history all I get is the spinning circle.

I tried reformatting the SD card nothing. Then I removed both camers rest them  and added them back.  Cameras showed up but still no recording. About an hour later.both camera dispersed from kasa.  Not just off line. No longer listed in the app.  Tried 2 more times resteting the cameras then adding the device on kasa.  Both just disappeared after an hour

Anyone have a clue
