Is anyone with a D225 Doorbell experiencing audio issues where a visitor speaks into the D225 and the voice sounds choppy and distorted? The video appears to be just fine. I tried an Android tablet, Android and iPhone with the same results.

  @AL-Taz-Lover How do you put it into "Always On" mode? I cant find this switch in the app.

When you click on settings (little gear icon in upper right corner) it's the box directly below "Power Options".  Mine says..."Always-On"

 

 

So, when I click on the gear icon I see:

 

Detection      Power Options

 

Doorbell       Always-On

Did you wire the D225 to your existing door bell or other electrical source?
