I purchased a 4 pack of these smart switches a year ago February. I now have 3 of the 4 that have failed and I suspect #4 isn't far behind. I can't think of any catastophic electrical events here that could have caused these to go bad within a couple months of each other. I liked the product but now I'm leary. These failed while under warranty but getting them replaced was an exhausting endeavor.

The failure was where the power would cycle on and off rapidly and you can hear the relay clicking. Eventually, it just quit altogether.
Firmware was up to date.
Each plug was in a different environment with different functions with very light duty.

Is this older version extra fragile? If I get another newer set will they be improved?
