Not all the time, but frequently, when someone rings the doorbell it doesn't ring from the smart chime that came with the doorbell. I'm not sure if the person ringing the doorbell doesn't push hard enough or what. We do get the notifications through the Tapo app that someone rang the doorbell, so that helps. Also, it doesn't ring the old chime that was wired into the home (which should be included in the wiring to ring when someone pushes the button). 

 

If we go out and test the doorbell ring after it didn't ring, it rings (of course ;)). I am not sure if it is a sleep thing or what could be happening, but I know at times the chime never sounds and we are notified by the Tapo app that someone is at the front door.

 

I'm happy to provide more details if requested, but I'm not sure what else to include at this time. Nothing else seems to be working incorrectly other than the chime from time to time. I do have a H200 hub for some other cameras I could try, but that is in my office and I am not sure that would be heard throughout the house. The smart chime is in our great room within 20 feet of the doorbell.
