Support,

I'm currently managing several Matter devices across multiple border routers and am encountering some challenges within the Kasa app. Specifically, I need to ensure all my devices are connected to the same Thread network, but the app doesn't seem to provide visibility into the network topology or allow for easy management of Wi-Fi / Thread connections to devices.

For example, in the Nanoleaf app, I can view which Thread Border Router my devices are connected to and even switch them between routers to ensure they're on the same network. This functionality would be incredibly useful in the Kasa app, particularly for users like myself who are managing a large number of devices.

Could you please consider adding a feature that provides a topology view of the Matter network? This would allow users to easily group devices on the same Matter network and verify their connections, ensuring seamless communication between all devices.

I currently have 3 border routers and over 50+ Matter devices (a mix of Wi-Fi and Thread). At the moment, it seems that my Wi-Fi Smart Plugs and Thread bulbs are not on the same network, leading to connectivity issues. A feature like this would help greatly in managing such configurations.

Thank you for considering this request. Looking forward to your feedback.

Also, here are a few photos that show how Nanoleaf is doing it:
