I bought a set of two Tapo C210s from Amazon and have been using them well.

However, one of the devices suddenly stopped connecting to Wi-Fi, even after resetting it by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds, the problematic Tapo C210 cannot detect the Wi-Fi router during scanning. The other device is still working fine.The wifi router is well-configured at 2.4G.

Here are the details of the problem:

Problematic Tapo C210:

• Firmware Version: 1.4.3
• Hardware version: 2.0
• Mac address: A8-6E-84-33-8F-87

Working Tapo C210:

• Firmware Version: 1.3.11
• Hardware version: 2.0
• Mac address: A8-6E-84-33-88-A2

Please help me find a solution.
