RESOLVED - Problem was a bad cable (the cable that came with the camera)

New (from Amazon on 11/14/24.  Camera/App work but cam does not charge.

I use the cable/charger that came in the box.  Also tried another charger.

I do not have Cloud service - only use Micro SD.

The charge % is now at 63% and never goes up - even after 'charging' for hours.

Instructions say 2 things should happen - but does:

indicator light should blink Amber twice when the charger is attached.

App View should show 'Charging' message.

Any suggestions?  I will have to return to Amazon if it does not charge.

Also - How do I turn off audio?  I dont want to hear the Cam microphone.
