Two of six newly installed cameras had their alarms go off yesterday after one week in use despite the alarm being set to "off" in the app.  The alarms were triggered when cats were detected in two rooms.  There was both cat and human movement in both areas all day, without triggering the alarms, but one camera alarm went off one time in the morning, and the other camera alarm went off five times over a ten minute period in the evening.  Cameras were purchased on November 22, 2024.  Because there appears to be no explanation for why the alarms are going off, and so no way to ensure that it will not happen again, I will be returning all six cameras, and will try a model that does not have a siren, which we do not want anyway.
