If you cannot see your cameras while away from your home Wi-Fi, this most often means that your cameras are either not connected to the internet or have lost connection to the TP-Link servers. Please ensure that you do not have any firewall or security settings that could prevent your cameras from communicating outside your network. I would also make sure that, if the devices were added to an IoT network, that the devices are freely able to access the internet.
