C425 offline issue

Hi,
I recently bought the Tapo C425 camera, and it works fine in the first couple of weeks, but this week, it start to encounter "offline" issue. I checked my wifi router, the camera still connect to my wifi, so it should not be the wifi signal issue, Plus I have a Tapo door bell, which almost have the same distance as this C425 camera to my home wifi router and works well. So what could be the reason of this offline issue and is there any other solution besides mannually reset/restart the camera?

today the issue again. Strange it worked with no issue for almost 2 monthes and now twice in three days with the same firmware

I also had the problem this morning that the camera suddenly had no network.
I am still looking for the exact cause, but I was able to solve the problem by giving the camera a reserved IP (a different one than before) on the DHCP server.
The camera was immediately accessible via the new IP (the app recognizes the IP change automatically)

@Richie0414 after all, tplkink replaced all my c425 cams with the v1.2, keep fingers crossed but since it does work. wifi connection also seems to have improved a lot. tp support staff ws reactive and supportive even though i had to put a lot of efffort in myself. thinking about not updating them anymore as they work now.
