Model: Tapo TC85   Tapo C425
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.23

Why are my cameras now very unstable? Is it because of the firmware update to 1.2.23 ? Away from home now I can not connect to them. I have 3 TC85 and 1 C425. Only 1 of the TC85 works great like before. The others take a long time to connect and if they do it's very slow. Reboot function does not work. Solid Orange light in front of the cameras. I have a deco Mesh BE1600.    Any ideas on what to do before I return them?

  @Ch3dd

Hello,

I have the same issue with two TC85 cameras I recently purchased and connected to a DECO MESH Wi-Fi network.

TC85 V1 Firmware : 1.0.23 Build 241119

As soon as I leave my network and try to access my cameras via the cloud, they are often offline. However, when I return home, I can see both cameras again. It seems there is some instability with remote access.

My internet connection is very stable, as well as the Wi-Fi network, with no interference from other installations.

At the moment, I am absolutely not reassured when I leave my home.

Can someone help us ?
