i reseted the device and got this message . i also logged in and did a factory reset. same result. none of the device are able to connect to RE 615x Repeater.

 not sure what it mean but ip addresss is not the same subnet..?  How can i master reset the device to connect to the router? hope i here back soon. thank you

Check if your router supports WPS. If it does, use this video to configure your RE.
