Frequently disconnects from wifi

Tapo Smart Door Lock DL110 keeps disconnecting from my network. My router is only 8 feet away from door. All other Tapo devices work fine with the wifi. Any solutions to try?

@SimSimSim Just wanted to close the loop on this problem. Tapo manually pushed out a firmware to my DL110, it has been very stable for a couple of weeks now, hopefully it is fix now.

Even when I am on same wifi it shows offline.
if I go near like in Bluetooth range it works fine.

You need to contact tech support and they will send you a personal firmware update that will fix the problem.

The network connection is good. (-49 RSSI)
The issue is when I go off wifi or out of bluetooth range it doesn't seem to respond.
And no, I have not yet mailed tplink support regarding this issue or for the firmware.
