I had to deal with the screws that cover the memory card several times. They are of very low quality. I can't find a Phillips bit that doesn't strip the heads. I'm going to have to throw out the cover and replace it with duct tape!

I don't recall the screws taking that much pressure to grab the threads and be secured, what model camera do you have?
