Tapo RV30 Max Plus Keeps Pausing mid cleaning cycle and while trying to return home, firmware is up to date
A few of us have this vacuum in our homes, but I do not think we have seen this behavior.
Only thing I can think of similar is when it cannot find its location/dock and stops every 5 feet to have a look around.
Does the pausing occur after any type of cleaning (Zone, Room, Home, Furniture)?
What are the cleaning settings you are using? Are you mopping or only vacuuming?
Lastly, the RV30s have received a few updates in recent months which dramatically improve their pathing and mapping abilities.
While more than inconvenient, our team members have solved any odd behaviors that have cropped up by creating a new map of the home - and each time it has had noticeable improvements.
If possible, can you provide a link to a video of the behavior so that I can forward the exact behavior to our QA and Engineering Teams?
