I've recently changed internet providers, how do I reset the network or change it on the cameras? Reset all the cameras?
If your wi-fi name has changed, the cameras need to have their network settings reset and reconfigured for the new network.
The cameras do have a 'soft reset' that occurs before a full factory reset happens. A soft reset allows you to keep your other settings and recordings, it will just reset the network settings and allow you to reconfigure the wi-fi settings through the normal (+) device menu in the top right of the tapo app.
It is possible to configure your new wi-fi to use the same wireless settings as your old network so that the devices have an opportunity to automatically reconnect. This is also a useful feature for your IoT network if your router has one. You can set the IoT network to be your old network password, without having to use your old credentials on your main wi-fi.
