Cloud Account forgets cameras after being offline for a while
Has anyone seen this?:
- my (4) C220 cameras were set up successfully via the app
- they operated for a couple of weeks with no problems
- I stored them in a closet for a month because we didn't need them
- when I set them out and plugged them in, they were no longer accessible from the app
- I had to hardware reset them and connect them with the app before they worked again
Question?
How long can a camera be disconnected from my TP-Link cloud account before they are dropped?
This is a serious problem, as we sometimes have extended power outages while we are away.
They won't work when the power comes back on - just when I need them the most...
