I bought this bulb years ago and it has NEVER connected. I have other bulbs of different types and makes that do fine but this one does not.

 

I was looking to put a smart bulb in the kitchen and ran across this bulb. I thought I'd try again...sigh. That's a no. Again. Pull up WiFi and it shows the TP-Link site but any attempts to connect just returns "No Internet". Quite obviously this is wrong. I have Google Fiber, have had it for years. I tried this bulb in 4 different locations. I even removed the smart bulbs I have in order to prevent a mixup, although that should never happen. I've been up and down a step ladder many times and am frankly peeved that I'm having to go through this again. I've reset it by clicking it off and on 10 times as suggested. 

 

So, how do I connect if the link that comes up says "No Internet"? I'm using a Kindle tablet because I don't have a smart phone. That shouldn't matter since all of the other bulbs have worked just fine.
