No water while mopping cleaning RV30 Max

Just recently bought Tapo RV30 and noticed that with a full tank with scheduled cleaning with mopping sometimes water is not pumping. I cleaned contacts but can't find a reason. Just not working but next time can work. Any ideas what I'm missing or it's something broken with a vacuum?
