I have 6 c402 cameras. Set up two weeks ago and all working fine.

Two days ago they all went off line. I have rebooted my router and android.

The network and wifi work fine. I'm using a Starlink.

  @TomCs I have the C403 , the black model of the c402, check the battery on the ones going offline. I have one that is a few months old and suffering from battery drain issues. I can take the camera down and recharge it, put it backup and its dead in 2 days in power saver mode. I think these are cheap for a reason.

  @TomCs

Please ensure that the camera's battery is charged. Charge it for a few hours then check its status.

Note

1. Use a 5V 1A USB charger.

2. When you connect the USB charger to the camera, the LED will blink amber rapidly for 3 seconds. Please monitor the camera to see if it behaves normally.

3. The camera may be powered off. If the LED indicator does not light up after charging, try turning on the device by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds. *Holding down the power button for 3s will either turn on OR off the camera.

Check router's connected client list to confirm whether this camera is still connected to the WiFi.
