I just purchased this smart plug.  I have set up my cloud accout, I have it connected to my wifi.  The plug is showing a constant blue light.  I have a lamp plugged in and turned on. In the app and on the smart plug, I can not manually shut the light off. I press the button and the light goes off but immediately comes  back on.  I know that it is connected because it is responding.  I have tried it on 2 different lamps and outlets and I get the same result.  Is it me or the plug?  I would appreciate any help.
