When the door is shut, the doorbell goes off. Not sure if this is a hardware issue or can be fixed with a firmware upgrade.
I returned the fiirst unit thinking it was broken but then the second unit had the same problem.
Anyone else experience this issue?
Could you please confirm if this situation arises under specific conditions, such as when the door is closed forcefully?
Try to remove the ring button and reinstall it, see if it helps. If not, then further analysis is required, please email our local support team for assistance.
Verify that you are not lightly brushing the button with your hand (or other) when closing the door. I have found that the mounting position of the doorlock/bell is where my natural tendency to grab the door and pull it closed. I'm accidently hitting the doorbell on the lock almost every time. Planning to try to reprogam my old bad habits and grab the door differently when closing the door behind me.
My issue right now with the DL110 is that it has stopped delivering notifications, when notification for it are all turned on.

(added note.... The doorbell does not require a lot of pressure to activate. It can be a very light touch or such that will activate the doorbell.)
