Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Moved from the east coast to west coast and many of our sensors are still stuck to east coast time zone.  Any idea how to reset or switch time zones on devices?  Cameras are ok but all sensors are not.

The device time for the sensors is sourced from the hub. Please ensure the Tapo hub that these sensors are connected to maintains a stable connection with TP-Link cloud, in other words, the hub should be online and manageable remotely (Still be able to control the hub to ring when your phone switches to cellular network).

Position the sensors and hub closer together, restart the hub, and the sensors should then be able to synchronize the time correctly.
