Network Connection Issue RV30 Plus
I've had the vacuum for two months and have had to do a reset 4 times to pick up the network. Is this a
common issue?

@Wayne-TP Yes. Since I've had the vacuum I've received many "unable to connect network unstable" errors. No issues with my router or wifi at all. It's always just been the vacuum that has the issue. I've done a soft reset to connect again and move on. Annoying and inconvenient. Well this week I had the same issue, in addition to the vacuum being stuck in the "locating" phase when starting a vacuum job. It stayed stuck in the locating so just kept spinning in place. Then I got a network unstable. Did the usual, reset and still nothing. Well apparently in that locating phase it completely remapped my home (without it even moving around just from the spinning in place). I deleted that map and tried to use the one I had already saved and locked previously. I would select that map and it woood immediately disappear. It kept forcing me to start a new map. Again, I really didn't want to since I already saved my previous map, and backed it up with no go zones, furniture, rooms, etc. Tried to restart the app, give it a break after 12 hours still no change. It wouldn't accept the previous map. Finally I did a full factory reset and had to do a whole map of the house again.

Make sure your device's firmware is updated. What are the hardware and firmware versions of your RV30 Plus?
What's the signal strength of the robot vacuum? In the Tapo app, go to the Vacuums tab > Smart Cleaning > click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner, then go to Settings > click the vacuum name to view device information.
Can you share a picture of the error message? How do you reset the device?
