Is there any update from Kasa on being able to update your email on your login account ? Seems like a much needed update that just gets shuffled by KASA and not adressed...Is there aything new ?
Many people have been asking for this, myself included. I changed my email provider a couple of years ago and have been unable to update my email address, so consequently if they are sending me any info or correspondence I am not receiving it. I've contacted them several times about this issue but have just gotten the runaround.
You would think that a company that wants people to buy their products and really cares about the ones who have purchased their products would fix this issue!
