I'm  looking for hardware and a system to do the following:

1) Monitor temperature and/or humidity.

2) Turn on, set temperature and modes of a Della window air conditioner based on temperature from the sensors. Turn off same unit.

3) Turn on/off electric fan via smart outlet based on temperature. 

4) Operate Smart IR blaster to turn on non-Smart AC unit.

5) Turn on Smart heater based on temperature. 

6) Work with various brands of smart devices so automations can be used.

I have already looked at or owned the following brands. They can't perform ANY automations according to their tech support.

Govee

I will mention that I have Google Home devices. I use the Smartlife app for automations and currently have two no-name cheap Chinese temperature/humidity sensors that do all the above functions. I just want a better system if it exists.
