Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: C425

Two cameras work fine. The battery operated outdoor C 425 is in security mode and a message says i dont have permission to turn it off. This is the one i most need.

It seems like your TP-Link account isn't the owner of the camera. The invitee account has limited access to a shared device. You can find more info about the Tapo device sharing feature in this article: How to share my Tapo Smart Devices with family.
