charging station goes on and off all the time. No interruptions in our power. Wont stay on long enough to charge vacuum.

Check the power cord connection on the charging station, make sure it is correctly plugged in. Have you tried to use another power outlet?

 

How do you tell the charging station keeps turning on and off? From its LED indicator? Any changes on the vacuum?

 

What's the pattern or frequency of this issue? For example, it stays on for 5 mins then off for a few seconds?
