I have a mix of HS300 and KP303. Everything was working fine till I ordered a new plug and set it up. Now everything on the app keeps connecting and disconnecting. For example I have one surge protector in a room called Laundry Room but after a few seconds it changes it to say Home and then disappears in the room category I have it in acting like I have no devices then shows them all listed again. It's constantly appearing and disappearing every few seconds.

I've reset all the plugs. Changed my internet settings. Uninstaller and reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone. Restarted the internet. Changed my whole login and started over. Nothing I do fixes the plugs in the app.

I also can't seem to find the remote control function. So I can't turn it on or off. It just doesn't show up at all. And I updated all their firmware to be up to date.

I'm not sure what else to do as I've troubleshooted everything I could find.
